1.What goals did you want to achieve?
I want to start off by saying I love going to the gym, I am self motivated and I take health and fitness very seriously. After years of training I hit a plateau. I needed to refresh my training and change my diet up.
2.Why did you choose JCV Fitness?
I have worked with many trainers before, non had ever really stood out to me. The first consultation I had with Joe he blew me away with his knowledge. Being somebody who is into fitness as much as I am, you can't fool me with big words or pretend like you know what you are talking about. Joe answered every question I had with so much detail, all with scientific facts to back up his advise. I was all in from there on.
3.How JCV Fitness solve your problem?
Joe really took the time to listen to all my needs and developed an exercise and diet plan to help my break the plateau I was stuck at. He also helped me work on better form with my bigger lifts like the bench press, squat, and deadlift (all which have gone up since I started working with joe).
4.How was the solution unique?
I think working with Joe makes everybody's solution unique. The reason I say that is because he takes the time to work with each person and every program he develops is specific to that persons goals, there are no cookie cutter plans. Joe genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of his clients, you are not just a number like most trainers treat their clients.
6.How would you summarize the experience as a whole?
The experience as whole was amazing, from first consultation to our most recent session Joe has been the definition of professional. He makes every workout fun and enjoyable yet effective. The days where you are down and not motivated he lights a fire under you, and the days where you are ready to get after it he pushes you to reach your full potential.
7.Would you recommend the business to others, if so, who.
I would absolutely recommend Joe as trainer to anybody. From a complete beginner to somebody as experienced as me.
