1.What was the problem you needed to solve
I was looking to lose weight and get leaner. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a little over 2 ½ years ago. I was looking to slim down, get leaner and get off of the medication I was taking for my chronic disease. Additionally, I was looking to lose weight because I may be a groomsman for an upcoming wedding and I was looking to shed some pounds so I would look svelte in my tuxedo.
2.Why did you choose the business you did.
I chose JCV fitness because of Joe’s attention to detail. I felt confident about the exercises I was doing because Joe was knowledgeable and educated about proper lifting techniques
3.How did they solve your problem?
I was given a meal plan to follow in addition to my training regime. Joe also took the time to show me the proper way to lift weights and showed me what I was doing wrong. I was amazed at how my technique on exercises, for example, the bench press, improved once JCV fitness showed me what I was doing wrong.

JCV’s approach to exercise was unique because it shattered the conventional exercise techniques, strategies, nutrition and regimes that so many magazines have peddled throughout the years and still do. As someone who used to read these magazines and follow these techniques, I found it very informative to learn from Joe that I was being led astray and didn’t need to conform to the “Bro science” that has been advertised or spoken throughout so many fitness media and gyms.

Joe took the time to educate you on what you would be doing to reach your goals. By using the knowledge he received from his training, Joe backed up what he was teaching me with facts, science, explanation and honesty. Never did I feel at any time that I was being led astray. Joe approached each session with the same intensity and insight than the one before.

I would describe the entire experience as informative and enlightening. I learned things about fitness that I was doing wrong before but Joe helped correct. I felt I was able to test my limits and then shatter them under the guidance of JCV fitness

I would recommend this business to people who are looking for some clarity in personal fitness. People, who, aren’t sure where to turn when it comes to proper fitness technique and nutrition. After working with Joe and speaking from my own personal experiences with other personal trainers, I can truly say that Joe’s approach is the evolution of the new way to fitness and its proper techniques to reach your own personal goals.
