STEP 1:  FILL OUT A BIT OF PAPERWORK INCLUDING A HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE AND NUTRITION QUESTIONNAIRE

STEP 2: I WILL REVIEW EVERYTHING AND ONCE I DO I WILL EMAIL YOU (or TEXT IF PREFERRED) TO SET UP A TIME FOR OUR FIRST SKYPE OR PHONE CALL

STEP 3: WE HAVE OUR INTIAL CONSULTATION, I GATHER AS MUCH INFORMATION AS I CAN

STEP 4: I BUILD YOUR PLAN

STEP 5: ONCE PLAN IS DONE I WILL EMAIL OR TEXT AND SET UP THE NEXT CONSULTATION

STEP 6: I EMAIL YOUR PLAN A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONSULTATION

STEP 7: WE HAVE OUR SECOND C SKYPE OR PHONE CALL. I GO OVER EVERYTHING IN THE PLAN AND ANSWER ALL QUESTION AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS 

STEP 8: YOU START THE PLAN….I CHECK IN WITH YOU THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AS WELL AS MOTIVATING AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS. 

STEP 9: WE HAVE OUR WEEKLY MEETINGS. TRACK PROGRESS AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS
