1.What goals did you want to achieve?
I wanted to get in great shape for my Wedding. I also have been a runner for a long time, but I was lost when it came to lifting weights.
2.Why did you choose JCV Fitness?
I chose JCV Fitness because I loved the environment. Joe was very knowledgeable, professional, and he didn't make me feel pressured to commit to anything right away. He allowed me to think things over before committing and was able to answer any questions I had.
3.How JCV Fitness solve your problem?
Joe has helped perfect my form in different exercises.Prior to training with Joe, the only thing I used to do was cardio on the treadmill. Now I know how to properly squat, dead lift, bench press, and much more.
4.How was the solution unique?
What I really liked about Joe was that he was realistic with the information he gave me. I also liked that he was available to answer questions and give guidance whenever I needed it. Joe has helped me in various areas. He has helped me figure out the right diet for me that doesn't involve me depriving myself. I have become so much stronger after working with Joe. I was never able to do one pull up and now I'm able to do 5, I was never able to bench press just the bar and now I'm able to bench press 115lbs!.
6.How would you summarize the experience as a whole?
My experience at JCV fitness has been awesome. I really like that Joe makes working out as fun as possible. The music he plays is always on point and he is always incorporating different workouts to prevent my workout routine from becoming redundant. He does an awesome job pumping you up and is great at pushing you to your limits.
7.Would you recommend the business to others, if so, who?
I would absolutely recommend JCV Fitness to my friends and family because of his relaxed and comfortable environment. He pushes you to what you and your body can do and respects your limits. His workout plans are catered to you as well as his schedule.
