I wanted to get stronger and in the process learn how to do all the different exercises correctly... especially the squat.

The program he made for me was unlike any other exercise program I have ever tried. Being a former dancer I had some issues with my ankles and I could barely do a squat without falling backwards. My form and flexibility improved so much.In just a few short weeks I went from not being able to squat at all to squatting 115 pounds!!
4.How was the solution unique?
Joe's patience and knowledge is what made my solution so unique, he didn't just rush me into lifting heavy weights. He made sure my form was correct on every exercise. He made me understand not only how to do certain exercise but why he had them in my program. There is reasoning behind all of his exercise he doesn't just tell you to do something because it "looks cool".
6.How would you summarize the experience as a whole?
I think the best way to summarize the experience is IT WORKS! Joe knows exactly how to motivate you and keep you on track with your goals. For years I used to attend group classes at the local gym and wonder why I never saw results. After training with Joe a few sessions I had made more progress then in the prior years of going to the gym and not knowing what to do.

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for great results to train with Joe, he is the best :).
