I began working with Joe as I was preparing for a physical test. Not only did I want to pass this test, but I wanted to go beyond what was required. I felt as if I had hit a wall with my training After hearing the experiences others have had working with Joe, I contacted him to see how training with him could improve where I already was.
2.Why did you choose JCV Fitness?
After sitting down with and discussing the test requirements and what I have already been doing for training, Joe was able to develop new sets of workouts each week to keep things fresh. The various workouts were related to the test and Joe would take the time to explain how and why each would be beneficial to my training. This was unlike any other experience i had with a trainer where they would just make a generic program for me.
3.How JCV Fitness solve your problem?
When i was training on my own at the gym I was never sure what to do. The test I was training for required me to do things that conventional exercise machines didn't help me with. Joe went above and beyond with setting up various obstacles and exercises that mimicked the same types of things that would be on my test.
4.How was the solution unique?
Joe pushes you to the next level of training and evaluates you. He gives great advice so you know where you are at and why. Joe takes the time to watch his clients to ensure they are training in a safe and correct way, keeping a watchful eye on form, correcting what he sees is being done improperly.
6.How would you summarize the experience as a whole?
The experience as a whole has been great. Joe has completely changed my mind about what a personal trainer is. He made me look forward to every training session when before I used to dread going to the gym.
7.Would you recommend the business to others, if so, who.
I would recommend Joe to anyone that is looking for a trainer that will listen to what you and design a workout that is custom to you and always evolving.
