3 Main Weekly Challenges :

1) Workout at least 45 Min a day + 2pts a day
 (up to 12 points a week allows 1 rest day)

2) Track Calories for the day + 1 Point per day
 ( Up to 5 Points for the week allows 2 days of no tracking )


  • I want you to do your best here this is NOT about being perfect (if you can weigh and measure all your food awesome…if you stopped somewhere for lunch and have to estimate do your best) This should take more than a minute per meal. You can also write it down and track later in the app.
  • If you want specific calories/macros to hit I can give those to you BUT THIS IS NOT ABOUT HITTING THOSE NUMBERS, that will be amazing and you will crush it and have great results, but this is about just understanding the process and constancy of tracking and understanding
  • PS. I Work more than any of you and I tracked for 7 months straight every day ITS NOT THAT HARD AND DOESN'T TAKE MUCH EFFORT OR TIME, you don’t HAVE to weigh or be exact  just do your best


3) Drink water +1point per day , 
Females 80oz/ Males 100oz ….feel free to do more.
**ONLY WATER COUNTS.... COFFEE TEA SPORTS DRINKS ALCOHOL DO NOT.
