Full Body strength classes consist of doing all types of exercises using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight etc. These workout are programed with designated reps, sets and progressions each week.
cardio/Conditioning
Tuesday and Thursday 9am/10:30am/ 5pm/ 6:15pm On cardio conditioning days we do mostly HIIT style cardio. The workouts are always fun and exciting.
Partner/group cardio
Saturday 10am
Partner/group workouts, very similar to the regular cardio class, but done with a partner or group in friendly competition style (these workouts can get pretty intense)
