Cardio & Abs 2  *CHALLENGE* 

​If you would like to compete and see how you stack up please submit your time.
*NOTE* To get on the ADVANCED LEADERBOARD :
1. You must time yourself
2.  Complete the full 8 rounds  
3. Do all the exercises without modifications. 

YOU DO NOT have to do this for time if you want to just get a good workout in and not compete that is totally fine. Please still check in that you have done the workout but you do not have to submit a time. 


Beginners - 4 Rounds.                   
Intermediate - 6 Rounds
Advanced - 8 Rounds  

Must Be Done in order :

​8 Burpees
12 Elbow to knee Crunch 
16 High Knees
20 Plank Marches
24 Heel Taps
28 Jumping Jacks

*Take rests as needed*
