Cardio & Abs 1

This workout will be done with 30 second intervals (30 second of work 30 seconds of rest)

You can adjust intervals if you want to make it harder you can do more work and less rest (60 seconds on and 30 off or any variation you would like)

I suggest anywhere from 3-6 rounds depending on your fitness level.

I have put a link at the bottom of the page for an interval timer you can use.
