1.What goals did you want to achieve?
I have been going to the gym for a few years and my workouts were getting boring. I wanted to start using some new exercises in my routine, but I wasn't sure what I should add. I always wanted to start deadlifting but I have some back issues and I knew my form needed work so I always stayed away from doing them. My main goal was to spice up my workouts and learn the proper form for deadlifting.
2.Why did you choose JCV Fitness?
I chose JCV Fitness because I had heard from a friend how Joe helped them on improving their deadlift. They highly recommended to go see him if I wanted to learned how to improve mine.
3.How JCV Fitness solve your problem?
Joe was able to explain and show to me the proper technique for not only the deadlift but all the other exercises I was doing as well. Everything he said made so much sense. I never was able to do a deadlift without having pain in my back, but after just one session with Joe I learned the proper form and was able to hit a personal best in both my deadlift and squat!!

Joe took the time and made sure that i understood every aspect of what I was doing. He coached me through everything with so much attention to detail. He had answer for all my questions. There was an explanation and reason behind everything he showed me. When he wrote up my exercise plan he he gave me exercies actually catered to me and my goals. This was so different then any other trainer I had worked with.
6.How would you summarize the experience as a whole?
The experience working with Joe was amazing. I hit a personal record in both Deadlift and Squat after just ONE session with him, and the results just kept getting better from there.
7.Would you recommend the business to others, if so, who?
I would highly recommend Joe as a trainer to anybody whether you are beginner, or somebody who is more advanced and just needs some tweaks in your routine.
